This notice covers GovConKit, a Mission Critical Media publication operated by Mission Critical Sourcing & Logistics LLC. It describes the current site configuration, not the practices of vendor websites linked from our articles. Updated September 20, 2026.
Browsing the site
The current site does not include advertising pixels, a newsletter signup, HubSpot tracking, or configured third-party analytics. Search and filtering run in your browser without sending your search terms to us. Checklist selections and theme changes are temporary and are not stored by the site.
Like other websites, delivery infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, request time, browser information, and requested page. The site requests fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a connection to that provider. A site without marketing trackers is not a promise that no technical information is processed.
Editorial correspondence
When you contact the publication by email, the receiving email service processes your address, message, attachments, and associated metadata. We use correspondence to address the request, evaluate corrections, and maintain appropriate business records. Sending an editorial message is not a request to join a marketing list.
Please do not send passwords, payment information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled material, confidential proposal content, or sensitive personal information through the editorial contact channel.
Links and changes
